The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council offers Crucial Learning training classes for employees of our member hospitals. Learning the crucial skills taught in these workshops will deliver immediate, sustainable and measurable change in behaviors. The Crucial Learning strategy for influencing results is to teach high-leverage actions that if used consistently lead to changes in personal and professional performance.
