Influencer Training

Leadership is Influence.

One of the greatest capacities we possess is that of influencing behavior. And yet many of us struggle to influence others for good when it matters most.

Leadership isn’t simply about crafting inspiring visions, developing breakthrough products, or detailing business growth plans. Leadership is about mobilizing others to achieve the vision, build the product, or enact the plans.

At the end of the day, leadership is intentional influence. If behavior isn’t changing, you aren’t leading.

Change for Good

Each day, every hospital shift provides opportunities for staff to influence patients, co-workers and members of the ancillary team. We struggle to motivate one another to change habits, the organizational culture and ourselves. Although we’re routinely trying to help our patients and our work team alter their behaviors, few of us can articulate a model of what works. Training creates a powerful and portable model for changing behaviors — a model anyone can learn and apply.
