In February 1999, the Missouri Hospital Association and the Kansas Hospital Association formed an integrated limited liability company called The Health Alliance of MidAmerica. The Alliance enables health care-related organizations to strengthen efforts in the areas of policy development and federal representation and advocacy.

Our Members

The Missouri Hospital Association (Jefferson City, Missouri) is a not-for-profit membership association, that represents hospitals and health systems in Missouri. In addition to representation and advocacy on behalf of its membership, the association offers continuing education programs on current health care topics and seeks to educate the public, as well as legislative representatives, about health care issues.

The Kansas Hospital Association (Topeka, Kansas) is a Kansas association of health related organizations cooperating to improve health in the state through community-based health and hospital services, KHA’s mission is to provide leadership in the delivery of health and human services.

The Kansas Hospital Association is a voluntary, non-profit organization existing to provide leadership and services to member hospitals. KHA is the lead organization in a group of companies and affiliates that provides a wide array of services to the hospitals of Kansas and the Midwest region.
